THE LONE RANGER with Johnny Depp

IRULE #1 –HYDRATION
Working with Johnny while shooting on location in Colorado and New Mexico for “The Lone Ranger” in the summer required a nutrient dense food program and proper hydration. His creative genius with the development of his characters also translates into what he personally needs to do for the character. Organic and raw, real foods and hydration was the nutrition goal. It is as important as your cardiovascular and strength training program.

Training on this film required a focus on maintaining weight and ensuring proper nutrition from real raw food and water. The daily routine started with Water, including fresh coconut water. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking. Location work can be like an all day workout so water begins the day-continues through the day drinking small sips of water to never become thirsty! I-Rule # 1 daily water goal is to drink 1-2 liters of water throughout the day, every day. When exercising drink small sips of 2-3 ounces of cool water every 15-30 minutes before, during and after exercising.

Your first goal should be –Water- The IRULE #1-HYDRATION!
