SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER with John Travolta

IRULE #6 IT’S ALL IN THE WALK

This classic movie begins with the most recognized walk in the history of cinema! It’s a strut with a can of paint that only John Travolta can make exciting! When I first met John I had not seen the movie “Saturday Night Fever” or his equally successful musical “Grease.” Since I was training him for the “Saturday Night Fever” sequel “Staying Alive,” John was shocked I hadn’t watched any of his films. I first saw John’s movies in his screening room. The walk is so memorable, and still today it is one of the best opening scenes in cinema. Everyone has a walk, a comfortable stride and most of us walk during the day. If you are able to walk and do walk, then walk everywhere, wherever you go! It’s the best exercise for lifestyle wellness, fitness and health. It is the basis of mobility. Get a pedometer and go walking today!
